This visit allows you to discover a small family-run sugar shack near Mont-Tremblant, where tradition meets ethics with a selection of healthy, locally grown organic ingredients.
You will be able to walk along forest trails and become familiar with the various steps involved in the production of maple syrup, from harvesting maple sap, syrup production to bottling. You will also have the chance to taste traditional taffy on snow.
La Cabane is an unconventional family environment. It is possible to enjoy a vegan, environmentally friendly alternative to the traditional sugar shack meal in the ecological house. An ecological, hempcrete-insulated house that boasts a radiant-heated adobe floor, a masonry heater, and even a wall made with recycled bottles for a warm and unique touch.
