A visit to the sugar shack will be offered, explaining the steps of making maple syrup, the arrival of sap, as well as the production of the syrup to the bottling. You will have the chance to taste maple products made by your local hosts and the traditional taffy on snow. You will also have the opportunity to buy maple products made on site, such as syrup, caramel, candy, maple vinaigrette and more.
