This wild mushroom discovery workshop goes far beyond a simple walk in the woods. It is a complete immersion to learn how to identify forest mushrooms and taste them, in a safe and carefully curated setting.
The whole experience is led by Vincent Leblanc, one of the most recognized mycological experts in Quebec. Vincent has dedicated his career to innovative agriculture and mushroom production. Founder of Violon et Champignon, he continuously experiments with new species and pushes the boundaries of what mycology can offer.
