This SUP Yoga session offers you a short introduction to paddle boarding and an hour of guided yoga practice on the boards. A fun way to explore the water and immerse yourself in your relaxation practice where you will perform simple and effective movements.

These courses are suitable for all levels. No SUP experience is necessary, only a desire for adventure, relaxation and being on the water.
